We are proud to inform you that the next International Conference of Optometry and Vision Science (CIOCV) will be held in Braga (Portugal) next April 13th and 14th, 2013.

This conference is organized annually since 2004 at the University of Minho (http://www.uminho.pt/en/home_en) in Braga, Portugal (45 Km from Porto International Airport -OPO-) and is regularly crowded by nearly 500 attendees.

In 2013 we will commemorate the 10th anniversary of the event and we aim to organize a Great Panel of Speakers. The general topic will be devoted to “What has changed in optometry and visual sciences during the last 10 years and its clinical relevance”.

We have an extraordinary panel of World Class speakers coming over from Australia, Canada, USA, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom to discuss a wide range of topics including Emmetropization, Myopia Control, Prevention of Blindness, Ocular Surface Regeneration, Contact Lenses, Refractive Surgery, Retinal Disease, Visual Neuroscience and Binocular Vision.

We also invite you to submit a proposal for Free Paper, Poster or Case Report once the Call for Papers will be open by mid January 2013. Due to the limited capacity of our facilities, remain tuned on the registration process to ensure your place to attend this outstanding Scientific Program.
